Vancouver's Leader in Transition toward Strong, Resilient, Complete Communities
The Vancouver Neighbourhood Food Network (VNFN) is a grassroots coalition of local organizations who are committed to advancing food security at the community level across the City of Vancouver.
The VNFN is made up of 15 Neighbourhood Food Networks who are committed to food equity and access, education, skill building, and advocacy particularly for community members who are struggling economically.
This work is based on the principle that all members of society have the right to quality food and as such, the VNFN provides a space for networks to collaborate, share best practices and advocate for food equity and justice, ecologically & culturally sustainable food systems, and community food resilience with a unified voice.
Village engages individuals, neighbourhoods & organizations to take actions that build sustainable communities & have fun doing it. Join us!
