Event Description
Learn to create a home-made fruit "soda pop" from a water kefir starter culture: from creating the initial sugar mixture to filtering and bottling it. The result is a highly carbonated, healthful fruit soda. Participants will get to sample the finished product, and take home their own kefir starter grains along with printed instructions. Participants should bring a small, leak-proof jar to take their grains home in. Instructor: Alyssa Kohlman.
