(egg-free, veggie, hands-on)
In this hands-on class, learn how to make
whole spelt cinnamon buns using sourdough method.
Kamut pumpkin muffins
Cardamom brown rice flour cookies.
In this class we focus on using alternatives to white flour, white sugar and eggs. Using healthier sweeteners, whole grain flours, alternatives to eggs and commercial yeast.
*It is very helpful to have taken Cedana’s sourdough class or to have some experiential knowledge of sourdough bread making before taking this class. That said, you are welcome to join wherever your comfort level with whole grains and sourdough baking!
