Event Description

Join us for a Permaculture Blitz Day - a KitsBlitz "barnraising" work party where we transform a space using Permaculture design principles. Up to 25 people at a time have participated in past VV garden blitzes.

This garden party will be held at a home near Cornwall and Arbutus, and we'll be re-designing an existing garden.

Everyone welcome and no experience necessary - it's fun and educational.


Potluck Lunch - please bring something to share.

Interested in participating in a VV garden? We have 9 collaborative gardens and garden spaces in 5 neighbourhoods (Grandview Woodland, Kits, Strathcona, W. Point Grey, and the West End). New gardeners are welcome. 

For more information, contact us at gardening@villagevancouver.org. Gardening now in progress. New gardeners welcome (space allowing). Sign-up on the VRAC website for gardening at the Kitsilano Community Garden and at the Aberthau Community Garden.
