I can't remember, but I'd be interested in knowing who has good tips for gardening on the deck! Also, who were the folks who were collecting compost?

Dean and Nicki were collecting compost and taking it up to UBC. I've never had deck garden but I'm sure the master gardeners in our group can offer plenty of advice.

Come to Celia's house for the March potluck to give her ideas on what to do with a 100' backyard. (Yes, her property is 200' deep!) Think BIG: farm garden, trees, pond, waterfall, and of course a salmon stream! Let's help create a paradise in our midst, and ensure we are asked to visit again.

That's great and I hope I can make it - but I also need ideas on what to do with a large balcony that's nowhere near 100 feet. :)
