URGENT: wing clipping needed

Is there anyone willing to come to East Van ASAP to clip wings of 3 birds? I've heard it's easy, but never having done it, don't want to mess it up! Can pay you with grape jelly?

I live in East Van, and I no longer have hens, so I don't get to clip any wings any longer :-( I'd be happy to help.
