Join Village Vancouver
As you can see, we are just beginning to build an on-line community for Village Vancouver, and organize our extensive activities more openly and collaboratively through this site. Please feel free to contribute to a discussion, attend or even enter a new event, join a working group, or find a Village.
By the way, you are indeed in Grandview-Woodland neighbourhood, or any other pride of place you feel. Neighbourhoods are of course more personal than some city-inspired lines on a map. GW is officially bounded by Clark, Broadway, Nanaimo, and the Burrard Inlet.
You are in luck, with Sidria Hawkins (and partner Steph) just now beginning to organize local activities in your "village." Connect with either of them, and request to join the "granview woodland neighbourhood" (Sidria--or Sid--is not into capitals).
Feel free of course to check out our activities on the Events page, and join in anything you'd like.
