Garibaldi annual manure sale

Back by popular demand! Last year, this Garibaldi Annex and A.R.Lord Elementary school fundraiser sold out by 11 am!
The manure is hormone & antibiotic free, locally produced at Hopcott Farms in Pitt Meadows.
It is a 1.5-years-composted steer manure. Great for flowers or veggies!

When: Saturday, April 2
Time: 9:00 am - 4pm
Cost: $5 per 5 gallon bag or bring your own wheelbarrow before 11 am and save $1/ 5 gallons by taking unbagged manure!

We reward each hour of bagging help with 2 free bags.
We need help with bagging. Tools provided!
Refreshments, light lunch and babysitting provided.

Interested in participating in a VV garden? We have 9 collaborative gardens and garden spaces in 5 neighbourhoods (Grandview Woodland, Kits, Strathcona, W. Point Grey, and the West End). New gardeners are welcome.
