Sustainable Garden Fair coming to Strathcona on June 8

The Vancouver Foundation and local businesses are coming together to bring you a day of free activities and workshops on local food. We're looking to raise an additional $740 through crowd sourcing to pay for materials and instruction. We're also seeking more people to run family-friendly gardening activity stations, so anyone with interest or inspiration should contact info@sgfair.ca.

I was just over there, and there's some pretty cool stuff happening and lots of great workshops being offered (for free).
