Topics include upcoming events: Eco-Dreaming Vancouver, March Main Street meetup, April and May meetups, South Hill Festival, June meetup at Langara College Summer School on Building Community, Car Free Day neighbourhood demo village, Folk Fest booth, organizing a tabling/booth team, co-convenor for Outreach, expanding relations with UBC and SFU, e-calendar, social media integration, VV video and slideshows, listserve update, printed materials update, celebrating 1,000 members on website, compiling media lists, and holding a strategic planning meeting,
Confirmed attending so far: Ann, Charlotte, Mary, Ross. Derek has sent volunteer requests re: Eco-Dreaming Vancouver event.
