~Water walk: explore the gentle contours of the terrain surrounding Riley Park from the perspective of water. How might water move and flow here?
~Water movement: explore the movement of water within the water cycle and within ourselves – both individually and as a group through guided creative and improvisational movement.
~This is an opportunity to move in the space of the community garden in embodied relationship with the life-giving element of water.
We will gather and move outside in the park - rain or shine
Please wear / bring appropriate clothing for your comfort
The FCWS AGM will take place afterwards at Riley Park Field House (East side of the Park, North side door): 2:30 - 3:30 PM. All are welcome.
