Sprouting is an economical way to optimize the nutrition of nuts, seeds, beans and grains! How-to sprouting instruction for making your own, inexpensive sprouting system at home and recipes for how to incorporate sprouts into your diet are included.
Learn how soaking and sprouting nuts, seeds, beans and grains:
- cleanses the body of toxins
- improves digestion
- increases energy levels
- reduces allergies ( both food and environmental!)
- sprout safely and economically at home.
Sample Menu: (menu may vary depending on seasonality and availability of ingredients)
- sprouted quinoa salad
- sprouted nut and seed ‘milk
- sprouted buckwheat granola
- sprouted lentil & citrus salad
- make ‘deli’ sprouts to add to raw or cooked dishes, recipe ideas included
