Learn to make kimchi: a traditional fermented Korean side dish. Probiotic, raw, and Paleo-friendly.Vegan option available. You will be fully active in creating the fermentation (wear clothes you don'tmind preparing food in), and take home a jar customized to your level of spice-tolerance. Bring any of the following items that you can: cutting board, large knife, kitchen scissors, large bowl or tub, 500mL wide-mouth jar and lid.
