De-stress after work with this all levels class with Sara at Vancouver's new Balance Yoga Studio.
No experience needed.
This class is designed for all levels of yoga students who will find the class both challenging and relaxing. We will practice a variety of postures including the sun and moon salutation series to energize; while focusing on breathing to de-stress. In class Sara demonstrates how to safely get in and out of each pose while providing a variety of modifications to enable all body types to participate. Mats and props are provided.
