- Learn how to make veggie-friendly farmer’s cheese (no rennet) using dairy kefir grains.
- Make flavoured soft cheese from dairy kefir culture!
- Make ghee- Ayurvedic clarified butter
- Receive other recipe ideas and uses for dairy kefir
- Whole grain kefir buttermilk crackers
More than cheese, in this class you will be learning about the health and political issues around dairy:
