Breaking down a whole chicken into retail cuts is a fast, easy way to save money, and opens up a whole range of culinary possibilities. Join us for a hands-on demonstration, using SPCA-certified chickens.
Suggested donation is $5, please email welcome@gordonhouse.org or phone 604 683 2554 to register.
Participants are asked to bring a large foodsafe container, to bring home your chicken in.
