Hi, I am posting this link because I've taken several courses from one of the main instructors, Gigi Beradi, and she's a wonderful teacher. I am betting this will be a great course. Gigi has been immersed in the agro-ecology movement for decades and is well connected in the start, continuation, growth and critique of the Slow Food Movement.
