I’m a home inspector, I see many examples of what doesn’t work with buildings. Remember every improvement you make may have seemingly unrelated adverse consequences. Just a little education can save you a lot of grief.

We need to move responsibly into this brave new world. What I'm saying is we need to live in healthy homes to live healthy lives.
If we accept that "Life is out to get us" we will hopefully make better, informed choices!
