mobile hen slaughter
I thought I'd pass on info for a guy that does mobile hen slaughter in the valley. His name is Trev, #604-808-2161. For several birds, he charges $2/bird, but if only 4, he charges $10 for all and asks that you go to Langley (not very mobile, I guess). He will depluck and remove the innards, the head and feet. Cooling containers with cold water are needed for a couple hours before freezing.
