hoping to lend out laying hens for summer!

Hello,
I'm heading up to the Yukon for may June and July and I was hoping somebody would be willing to take on my four hens while I'm gone. I'm getting at least three eggs a day from them, usually four. Maybe youre just starting out and want a test run or maybe you want some extra eggs this summer. They're three brown hens coming up on two years old and one shiny black one who's eight months old and lays green eggs. They're fed organic feed and pretty friendly with me. I'll give you some feed and get them to you myself if need be. I'll be back early august and hopefully I can have them back then.

Interested in participating in a VV garden? We have 9 collaborative gardens and garden spaces in 5 neighbourhoods (Grandview Woodland, Kits, Strathcona, W. Point Grey, and the West End). New gardeners are welcome.
