Lovely house with chickens + food garden available for a year

Dear Village of Friends,
Our little family will be taking a sabbatical for a year and we will be offering our cozy East Vancouver home for rent.while we are gone. It has three bedrooms (2 up, 1 down) and an abundant, lovingly created food garden with figs, plums, grapes etc.etc. and of course our chicken coop with four chickens.
This is an older house that is well suited for a small family, a family with a nanny or sharing / collective living. Many of you may have taken a Backyard chicken workshop at our house. We are open to many different scenarios and would love to discuss this further. Rent is negotiable, loosely within a range of $2,750 - $3,250 ./ mo (depending on many factors - how many people, pets or no pets, furnished or not furnished) Please contact me asap to discuss.
