Chicken-friendly housing (again)

Hi folks,
I am still interested in finding a lovely new place to live...

Something bright, that would welcome me, my 4 hens and a cat...preferably with some garden space, though I'd sacrifice that for chicken space.

Prefer East Van, but would consider other neighborhoods if it was just right.
