Backyard Farm in Queensborough.
I have a backyard with chickens, rabbits and a pot-bellied pig, but I also have potential for backyard and frontyard garden - free. I'm not a gardener, but would enjoy helping someone serious. Queensborough is a neighbourhood in New West (Lulu Island) and we are on skytrain and bike route from Vancouver. Lulu Island is the same island that Richmond is on so we have some of the best soil in the world; plus I've got the best homegrown manure. Work would be required for setting up the beds.
