Event Description

Using the entire chicken is both economical and less wasteful! Learn how to use every part of the bird in this informative, hands-on workshop. Our instructor is a butcher, sausage maker, and cook who is passionate about honouring the whole animal. Only $20. Please pre-register.

Interested in participating in a VV garden? We have 9 collaborative gardens and garden spaces in 5 neighbourhoods (Grandview Woodland, Kits, Strathcona, W. Point Grey, and the West End). New gardeners are welcome. 

For more information, contact us at gardening@villagevancouver.org. Gardening now in progress. New gardeners welcome (space allowing). Sign-up on the VRAC website for gardening at the Kitsilano Community Garden and at the Aberthau Community Garden.
