Event Description

Facilitated by two women artists living with chronic illness, this two-session workshop (Nov. 17 & 24, 1-4 pm) will provide the opportunity for women living with chronic illness to come together to consider the interplay between illness and creative expression. We will explore using both writing and visual media. $10-20 sliding scale; no one turned away. Further info: shetorethepage@gmail.com.

Interested in participating in a VV garden? We have 9 collaborative gardens and garden spaces in 5 neighbourhoods (Grandview Woodland, Kits, Strathcona, W. Point Grey, and the West End). New gardeners are welcome. 

For more information, contact us at gardening@villagevancouver.org. Gardening now in progress. New gardeners welcome (space allowing). Sign-up on the VRAC website for gardening at the Kitsilano Community Garden and at the Aberthau Community Garden.
