This class covers the following aspects of olive oil:
• how to taste following the standards of a tasting panel
• how to recognize major defects
• what extra virgin means (it's not necessarily what you think)
• how it is produced
• varieties
• how to pair it with food
• its history in California and the world
And of course, there is plenty of time to enjoy good olive oils during the class!
