Event Description
Know the best ways to start your garden from seed, both indoors and out! Students will learn the necessary factors for healthy seedling development, and practice methods of propagation. Students will also leave the class with a plant start in a pot to take home.

Instructor
Lis Thomas Lis is a horticulturist and community educator who has been teaching people about growing food in cities for the last 6 years. She is currently finishing an MSc in soil science at UBC.
