Raw desserts are naturally free of refined sugar, dairy, eggs and flour.
In this class, you will be introduces to the basic concepts behind creating delicious and healthy raw desserts!
- Incorporating ‘superfoods’ into everyday healthy sweets
- Creating creamy consistency without eggs or dairy
- Intro to using alternative sweeteners
The Menu:
Raw chocolate ganache tart
Chocolate sauce for ice cream, fondue or icing
Mini lemon cashew cheesecakes
Bliss balls (with flavour variations like orange cacao, almond and apricot rosewater)
