Planning for health and personal care is about community building - ensuring that the people who care about you can express your wishes if you become incapacitated.
Join Joanne from Nidus Personal Planning Resource Centre (www.nidus.ca) for a free online webinar and learn how to plan for the future. We will go over Representation Agreements, Advance Directives, and informal tools such as the living will and advance care plan. Focus of the content is on seniors and boomers.
