Cedar Cottage Garden is honoured to have been nominated to receive a Vancouver Heritage Foundation "Places that Matter" plaque.
The plaque acknowledges the significance of the site of Lakeview Station on the B.C. Electric Railway, the location of the infamous "Lakeview Disaster" of November 10, 1909.
Now a place of beauty (despite the SkyTrain overhead) and a surprising degree of serenity.
All are welcome; no RSVP required.
