Also called sheet-mulching, lasagna gardening is an easy way to build a garden bed and create rich and healthy soil without any digging or weeding. Learn what materials are used and built in layers, how they “cook down” to produce soil rich in nutrients and microbial activity, and what veggies can be immediately planted. A demonstration lasagna garden bed will be built in class.
