Event Description

Use your kitchen scraps and garden waste to make beautiful, nutrient rich soil for your garden! Come on down and learn different methods of composting and bring your compost problem for some ‘expert’ compost diagnostics. You have questions, we have answers!

Interested in participating in a VV garden? We have 9 collaborative gardens and garden spaces in 5 neighbourhoods (Grandview Woodland, Kits, Strathcona, W. Point Grey, and the West End). New gardeners are welcome. 

For more information, contact us at gardening@villagevancouver.org. Gardening now in progress. New gardeners welcome (space allowing). Sign-up on the VRAC website for gardening at the Kitsilano Community Garden and at the Aberthau Community Garden.
