In honour of "Occupy the Seed" and in memory of Robin Wheeler, we'd like to host a gathering at Edible Landscapes, 1732 Pell Road, Roberts Creek, Sunshine Coast.
Her much-loved garden filled with native, medicinal and exotic species of plants is in need of a little pre-autumn/winter care. We would like to have a garden work party.
Some of the proposed activities:
- general weeding and gardening
- plant identification (mapping) and seed saving
- Afternoon tea, permie potluck style. Bring your own snacks, cup (or thermos) and plate
Please contact me here if you have any questions or suggestions. And feel free to bring your own tools, reference materials for plants and/or seed saving material.
Hope to see you there!
