Learn how to bake Eastern and Western, classic and modern cake, bread, pie and snack, including
Chinese Moon Cake, Hong Kong Crispy Wife Cake/ Cocktails Bun, French Brioche/ Fruit Tart, Italian Biscotti/ Crostata, Japanese Dorayaki/ Melon Bun ( Bo lo Bao), Australian Meat Pie, Danish Pastry, -------
Most of the courses are hands-on ; participants do the baking and enjoy their own creations.
don't forget to bring your own food container
Class 1 : 10AM- 1PM for age 16+ (8 sessions)
