Chef Ian Lai will be conducting an Edible Wilds tour of Terra Nova Rural Park this Sunday, April 10th, from 10am -1pm. Take advantage of early wild greens for a tasty meal or salad. Wild foods that are currently up include nettles, Japanese knotweed, cress & dandelion.
