Learn how the Personal Planning Registry can help you to communicate in a health crisis. Safekeep all of your vital information and important documents (Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Representation Agreement) in one secure, convenient, password-protected place - and share access to this info with those who will need to know in the event that you become incapacitated.
