Event Description
Tea & talk followed by planting a “demonstration tea garden” at CROWS Point. Learn about a variety of plants that can be grown for delicious, aromatic & medicinal beverages.Plants to be studied include: Double Chamomile, English Mint, Bergamot, Yerba Buena, Bronze Fennel, Sage and Cowslip.
You will learn: how to cultivate perennial plants; medicinal benefits of plants.
You will also learn: companion planting tips – what herbs to grow in your vegetable garden; to keep your garden healthy naturally!
Limited seats available: 6-8 participants (max. 10)
*A second workshop can be held if there is a great demand, from 2:30-400 pm
$15 (includes 2 starter plants to take home)
