As a farmer, your body is your most important tool! It is a body that has an indispensable task, to work the land and bring food to the community, family and self.
Join physiotherapist Nam Do for a class on proper body mechanics, tool use, and avoiding injury to keep you and your body farming with pleasure for a long time. This workshop is open to all.
