Event Description
Join J.P Bertaina and Katherine OBlock in this 2-hour workshop on home sprouting. Enjoy easy-to-follow instructions, simple recipes, and tasty samples as you learn to incorporate basic sprouting into your life.
Workshop will cover:
- Nutritional & economic benefits of sprouting
- Basic sprouting methods for grains, legumes, nuts & seeds
- How to incorporate sprouts into your daily life with ease
- Lots of delicious samples and recipes to get you started
Cost: $25.00/person (includes sprouting jar, seeds, and fresh food!)
