Whole grains are making a long overdue comeback! In their absence many people have never learned or forgotten how to properly prepare them to satisfy the palate and nourish the body!
In this 3-course class we’ll be learning:
Different methods of cooking grains
How to make a basic grain salad- with endless variations
How to optimize the nutrition of whole grains
Clearing up the questions “what is gluten? And is it bad for me?”
The health benefits and properties of a variety of grains
Recipes:
mediterranean kamut salad with roasted garlic and flax dressing
millet amaranth cakes with sunflower cream (pictured above)
