McBride Park Field House Residency Blog 2019-2024
The Village Vancouver residency at McBride Fieldhouse was generously supported by the Vancouver Park Board's Fieldhouse Activation Program which provides project space and access to parks to foster community-engaged activity that focuses on arts, culture, sports, environment, local food and social encounters. The residency has now ended.
The Transition Movement
Village Vancouver is part of a global movement and integrated network in 45 countries of:
- 479 official Transition Town Initiatives in 23 countries, 29 official initiatives in Canada, including 11 in BC
- ...and over 750 "mullers", including 56 in Canada and 12 in BC. (Click on the map.)
