 ee and founder of the Urban Farmer Field School. She is also Associate
  Director, Sustainability and Community Programs at the UBC Botanical 
 Garden. She holds a PhD in plant science and was a postdoctoral fellow
  with the Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions. Tara is consultant 
 with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and serves a
