DESCRIPTION:Vancouver City Council Candidates’ Debate \nIn anticipa
 tion of the November 19 municipal election, the Residents Association 
 Mount Pleasant (RAMP) will be hosting a candidates’ debate on citywi
 de planning issues, and community groups from around Vancouver will be
  attending to ask their questions and communicate their issues to all.
   Village Vancouver will have a central role to play in this debate o
 n building community.\nRepresentatives from all elected parties--Visio
 n Vancouver, the Non Partisan Association, the Coalition of Progressiv
 e Electors and the Green Party--have confirmed their attendance.\nResi
 dents from neighbourhoods across Vancouver are invited to attend. Deba
 te questions will be selected in advance from online solicitations at 
 www.rampvancouver.com, and there will be opportunity for additional qu
 estions from the floor.\nA coffee hour will follow the debate to allow
