 tc. removed),\r\n3. Styrofoam blocks,\r\n4. Styrofoam containers, i.e.
  cups and food take out containers,\r\n5. Styrofoam peanuts and other 
 \"soft\" styrofoam,\r\n6. Wax lined beverage containers,\r\n7. Foil li
 ned bags (packaging and wraps).\r\n\r\nWestside Food Festival July 18-
