DESCRIPTION:Come learn how to make your own traditional, fermented sau
 erkraut using local, organic produce.  Fermented vegetables have many
  health benefits, including live enzymes, readily available vitamins a
 nd minerals, and probiotics -- and sauerkraut and other fermented vege
 tables are suitable for everyone!  If possible, each person should b
 ring a large knife, cutting board, large bowl, cheese grater and one l
 iter-size wide-mouth mason jar with lid. Participants will go home wi
 th a jar of sauerkraut to ferment at home, which should be ready to ea
 t in about two weeks.   \nVV will have a seed library present; brin
 g some seeds to swap, if you'd like.\nLimited to 12 participants. The 
 workshop was full, but two folks have cancelled, so currently room for
