DESCRIPTION:Every Tuesday and Saturday (Tuesday evenings at Gordon Nei
 ghbourhood House) our volunteers receive food scraps from hundreds of 
 the 45,000 residents in the West End. The take each week now totals a 
 few tonnes of food scraps for composting to be recycled back into grow
 ing, also reducing greenhouse gas emissions.\nEvery Tuesday evening fr
