DESCRIPTION:Every Tuesday and Saturday our volunteers receive food sc
 raps from hundreds of the 45,000 residents in the West End. The take s
 ince June 2012 now totals over 50 tonnes of food scraps for compostin
 g to be recycled back into growing, also reducing greenhouse gas emiss
 ions.\nTuesday evenings (February 3, 10, 17, 24) from 6 - 7:30 pm and 
 Saturday mornings (February 7, 14, 21, 28) from 10 am - noon at Gordon
  Neighbourhood House.\nSaturday mornings from 10 am - noon (February 7
 , 14, 21, 28) at West End Community Centre.\nOngoing. Click here for
