DESCRIPTION:In this Village Vancouver ElderGreens workshop with Alyssa
  Kohlman from Fermentoring, you'll learn to create home-made fruit \"s
 oda pop\" from water kefir starter culture: from creating the initial 
 mixture to flavouring and bottling it (secondary fermentation). The re
 sult is a highly carbonated, dry, healthful fruit soda. You’ll get t
 o sample the finished product, and take home your own kefir starter gr
 ains with printed instructions. Bring a small, leak-proof jar for your
  grains. Adults and families with children 10 years and older are welc
 ome. All minors must be accompanied by a caregiver. We'll have a Commu
 nity Seed Library present - you can get some free seeds for your garde
 n or swap or donate some seeds.\n Registtration required. Limited spac
