 n will show you how to create home-made fruit \"fruit soda pop\" from 
 water kefir starter culture -- from creating the initial mixture to fi
 ltering and bottling it. The result is a highly carbonated, dry, healt
 hful food drink. You will get to sample the finished product, and take
  home your own kefir starter grains with printed instructions. Bring a
