SUMMARY:*Village Surrey Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Our first Village Surrey meeting was very promising. Seven
  enthusiastic villager were in attendance. We assessed our current sit
 uation globally and tried to brainstorm about ways that we could trans
 ition our lives out of this dysfunctional state locally and collective
 ly. Some of us are already active in such communitarian projects local
 ly especially concerning the issue of food security and autonomy as we
 ll as social justice issues. We plan to participate in such projects a
 nd help create others including those beyond food while strengthening 
 our relationships to become a resilient collectively self-reliant comm
 unity.\nPlease come and join us in our next meeting, as we welcome new
  villagers. We will try to organize ourselves effectively, as we tackl
 e issues facing our lives in a socially constructive way respectful of
  evidence and our collective wisdom. And we plan to enjoy the struggle
